We are deploying the Dropbox app via the Intune MDM to iPad devices. When users try to log into the Dropbox app they receive the message "Unable to connect to Dropbox, please make sure you're connected to the internet or try again later." Is there a solution for this?
I assume that you talk about students you have some sort of filtering in place? If so have you allowed all of the Dropbox services through that? Note though you wont then be able to monitor Dropbox sharing and data (possible HUGE safeguarding issues depending upon age of kids!)
