Unable to download Dropbox for Outlook ( Installs & integrations Third-party integrations )

Exchange2016 - Outlook 2016

Unable to download and add in the Dropbox for Outlook to Outlook 2016.

Getting the error showing "The app couldn't be downloaded" , anyone face this issue before? Is this Dropbox for Outlook have offline installer?

Hi @sflinus, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Currently there isn’t an offline installer for the Outlook Add-in.

 

Could you check if your device follows the minimum requirements for the app?

Are you part of a Dropbox Business team, and has the team admin allowed for add-ins to be installed?

Yes, i have check the minimum requirement and my end here is fullfilled. 

 

Yes, team admin allowed for add-ins to be installed. 

 

Any others method for me to install the Dropbox for Outlook?

Currently there isn't another method to install the add-in.

 

As the installation isn't working, I'd recommend your team admin contact the support team directly for further assistance on this matter.
