Hello @Aleksleks, let's see what we can do here. 

If you've already given a simple reinstall a shot, could you also try an advanced reinstallation

Just remember that, if you're on a Basic (free) account, you'll have to make sure that you have less than three devices already connected before you continue.

Yes, I've tried everything, including a clean install of the full version. The device is one. The situation is the same

In that case, could you try temporarily disabling any antivirus you may have running on your computer and try again @Aleksleks?

Hi @Aleksleks, is it possible that you've locked your default directory where the Dropbox folder is located, preventing the installation of the app?

Is there are security software which could be preventing the function of the app itself?
