Unmerge 2 basic accounts

I have 2 basic accounts, one personal and the other business. On my desktop, I log into the personal. When needing the other, I use web access. I have a few shared folders between these.
On my work computer, I install DB, login to the work account, and can see all folders from both accounts. I currently must “selective sync” the desired folders, but suspect if I shared with someone else, they might also see more than desired. Help?

Hi @templeiv, thanks for messaging today!

 

If you’re logging into two separate accounts with different emails, and they’re both Basic plans, then they shouldn’t be merged together.

 

Most likely, you have a shared folder between the accounts, and if that is the case, you can remove the shared folder from the account using the steps in this article.

 

If I’m misunderstanding something, please let me know more details!
