I was HELPING DROPBOX debug YOUR problem detailed here, where commenting has been turned off for some reason??

I had a case open and after a dozen message exchanges I get this:

I would like this case to be reactivated and for Dropbox to be more grateful I am trying to help you fix a significant problem with your software.

I have done what was asked in the ticket:

 

Created new user account and logged in to it.

Opened Dropbox and log in with a new Dropbox account.

 

Add files to Dropbox.

Make a change in the Dropbox folder.

Icon overlays go bonkers disappearing and reappearing for 10s or so.

 

So the Dropbox Windows app is still broken.  Are your lazy developers going to fix this?

Perhaps it would be better is you weren't insulting. Just a thought.

I'm the one that's been insulted.  I'm helping them fix THEIR bugs!  If they refuse to fix this issue then users will continue to move to OneDrive as per the frustrations expressed in the link I posted above.
