Upgraded to 1Tb to import 3Gb of shared files, but they all now say 0B and too big on web!

Collaborator | Level 8

For reasons which I can't figure out, folders which I know I own were not in my Dropbox, but were listed at https://www.dropbox.com/share/folders

I didn't have enough space to add a couple of them back, so I upgraded to Plus and now have almost 1Tb free.

But now look?! Folders which previously said between 20Mb and 3Gb now say 0B and not enough space?? BUT... I can still click the "add" button. More bugs? I seem to be finding a lot of them lately...ScreenClip [238].png

It’s possible that a plugin or extension is blocking certain elements of the Dropbox site from working as they should.

An easy way to test this is to use incognito, while disabling all the extensions, and then navigate to the same page again.

Hi again, could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?

Otherwise, use incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.

Let me know how it goes!

Hmm, thanks. In fact, all those messages have now disappeared on my regular browser.

Seems to be a lot of random oddness and strange messages lately - and how would a browser (Chrome, the world's most popular browser by far) show that message? It's not the browser making the message, they MUST be coming from the Dropbox server?
