we have 5 users with a 5TB plan, now gone over that, so I upgraded our account to be the limitless one. Dropbox in the system tray still shows red X and cant sync because drobox is full. Problem consistent across all users. Is there another step I need to take? The payment went through and on my account it says we have the limitless plan (Business Advanced). Surely it cant take more than 24 hrs....?
The plan is set at 5TB to start with - to get more you need to contact support and they will increase it for you.
Admin can log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support for that, but, it may take until Tuesday to be picked up due to the Bank Holiday.

OMG, so the default amount you upgrade to is the same as what we already exceeded? In what world is that a good idea?
