Dropbox installs & integrations

We have a master image that is deployed in a VMware infrastructure. We have found an issue that one of staff had signed into a dropbox account on that master image and then uninstalled it and not unlinked it.
So when we come to install dropbox on a different machine, it installed and then automatically linked to that account. I now need to check all the other servers and users but not sure where to start. We have tried revoking and changing the password but it still does it.
Any advice Please?

I think the only way to quickly do this is to totally delete the account. That way it cannot log in to anything.
