Vault cannot be accessed

Vault cannot be accessed

Hi I set up Vault and these 2 days cannot access the folder at all. In addition, noted there are Vault and Vault(1) in Dropbox. What can I do now? Thanks.

Can you please let me know if you're trying to access your Vault through a web browser, a mobile device or a computer?

If you could also attach a screenshot of how it looks like on your end, I'd appreciate it.
