So I am trying to upload a video to Dropbox for school (the video is 48.3 M, though im not sure what that means) but it will not upload and gives me a little message at the bottom of my screen that there was an upload processing error. I also tried uploading it through Gmail but that doesnt seem to work either.

#1. As an initial point of reference, can you let me know whether you’re trying to upload your files via our desktop application/ our website or your phone? Are you saving your files to Dropbox by a third-partry application by any chance?
#2. What are the steps you’re following? As you’ve mentioned that you’re getting an error message, I’d appreciate a screenshot(omitting personal info) of what this message reads in your next post here, so as to get a better idea of what’s happening.
