We seem to be having a syncing issue. Any ideas?

Hi I am part of a Dropbox team through work, where all of our files and important is saved and shared. My boss just realilzed that for the past week, he thought he has been uploading some new files onto our shared Dropbox account, but today we realized that these files were not syncing with the other Dropbox accounts. We checked his computer storage, which was fine, and are now trying to figure out what to try next. If anyone could please help me figure out how to solve a syncing issue between an interoffice Dropbox account, I would be greatly appreciative.

Hi There. Do you see green tick or blue sync processing icons on the folders in his dropbox? If not, launch dropbox application. If yes, check other computers.
