What is the maximum down load or upload speed that we can get with the 'desktop smart sync

The download and upload speeds of the desktop app depend on your ISP, and your device's specifications as it affects how fast it can process your files.
The syncing speed shown in the desktop app also takes into account how quickly your computer can process and compress the components of files during sync.
When you download a Smart Synced file, it will download to your device like any other file that downloads through the desktop app.
What you can do to make sure that you're getting the fastest speeds for your device is to make sure the desktop app bandwidth settings aren't limited with these steps.
