I'm unable to install Download, showing 'allow firewall access to DropboxUpdate.exe to finish installing. I have allowed it as well. Can someone help with a step by step guide for the same?

If you haven't already, please check out some more info on how you can set up your firewall to work with the desktop app here.
It may be that you need to allow the other processes too.
