I have 3 computers linked to an account but when I view which computers are linked under the security tab only (the same) 2 are shown whichever machine I choose to check this on. The missing one (an iPad) I use frequently so I know it is linked. I can't find an explanation for this so advice would be appreciated
Thanks for the images, could you try uninstalling the iPad app, reboot the device, and re-install it from the app store to see if this registers it in the system? Thanks!

Hi @Whizzo, thanks for joining the Community!
Assuming it is connected to the same account, then it should appear on that page. Could you forward a screenshot showing the security page in order for us to look into this further?
Thanks!

How about checking linked devices from iPad app? Go to Account tab > Manage Devices. You should see your iPad and other two devices there. Otherwise, make sure you are using same account in all of your three devices as Jay mentioned.
It's the same account (I only have one).
I get the same result whichever of the 3 machines I access dropbox on; they only show, under security, the same 2 devices (a windows PC and a windows laptop). The ipad is not mentioned, although dropbox does work fine on the ipad. On the ipad under security it does say it is showing 2 out of 3 devices - which the windows pc and laptop don't say they just list 2 devices.
