Thank you very much for your answer. Yesterday I solved it by entering the registry of Windows and eliminating the keys KS in the folder of Dropbox. After that the installation and synchronization worked correctly.

What I did exactly was delete the registry entries Ks, Ks1 and Ks2, as illustrated in the image.

Hi there, 

 

Looks like we are having trouble writing to the registry. Can you ensure you are installing with Admin permissions?
