Hi,
Our office dropbox ceased working two days ago. We're trying to uninstall the program and so far it's taken about 2 hours. Is this usual?
No it isnt. Sounds like its crashed.

I have the same problem it has been 2 hours still not finished.
Sorry to hear about this @Charles F.14 & @Bluebean.
If you're still encountering this issue, please reboot the affected computer and try uninstalling our software anew.
Should the matter persist, forward us a screenshot of the last screen you manage to get during the uninstalling process so we can have a visual too.
