When you install an Offline installer what exactly is expected?

Hi @Kiadose,

Most probably your Dropbox application is already installed. The message is result of try to link with account. I.e. application installed, but still not linked. :wink: You can link it when network is available.

Hope this adds clarity.

Hey @Kiadose, thanks for checking in with us!

The offline installer is larger than the standard one, so it may take longer to download through your browser, but it doesn't need to download anything during the install process.

It still needs an internet connection to complete the installation of the desktop app, for example, to confirm it's installing the latest version and to connect to the Dropbox servers.
