I only seem to be able to install the S-mode, and get the error message 0x80092003 when I try to install the full version. Help ?!?!?

Could you please confirm that your device's OS and build meets our desktop app's minimum requirements as outlined in this page?
If it does, you might need to switch out of S mode on your device to run our regular desktop application.
