I have been issues with the app not showing any content. I unistalled and installed the app. When I click on "Sign In" in the taskbar, a windows appears with headline "Set up Dropbox", but the window is completely empty.
I would be so grateful for help!
Hi @lpgarciapintos, thanks for posting today!
I'm sorry to hear about this. It sounds like there is a possibility that a proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router issues that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains.
I'd recommend checking and disabling any of these if need be to see if this helps.
Keep me posted!

No, other solutions. Like the other people in this chain mentioned, I also (sometimes) get an error mentioning Opengl issues. Dropbox windows do not display content. Not a network issue. Solutions?
Hey @lpgarciapintos, thanks for the additional information.
Since you mention that you get an OpenGL error message, could you let me know if you've tried reinstalling the desktop app to the latest stable version (104.4.175) using our offline installer?
Note that if you're on a Basic account, since there’s a three device limit, you'll have to make sure that you've got less than three devices connected to proceed.
Let us know what you find, cheers!

I already reinstalled with the offline installer, 3 times.
Thanks for your swift reply, @lpgarciapintos.
Could you also send me a screenshot of the empty pop-up window you described in your original post, as well as the error message you get from time to time?
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

This is how the Dropbox window looks like now.
The OpenGL message I saw from time to time is the same one that people reported above (it doesn't appear now).
Thanks for letting me know, @lpgarciapintos.
How about an advanced reinstall? Maybe that will do the trick.

I am happy to report that Dropbox is working today. Unfortunately, I've made no new changes, so I don't know what the solution is. Hopefully the problem does not appear again. THank you
Glad to hear that, @lpgarciapintos!
