Hallo,
seit kurzen hab ich das Problem das mein Windows Datei Explorer beim Umbenennen und/oder Erstellen von Dateien oder Ordnern jedes Mal für über eine Minute einfriert.
Ich konnte das Problem mitlerweile auf die Dropbox Installation zurückführen.
Nachdem ich die Dropbox deinstalliert hatte, war das Problem verschwunden, nach einer Neuinstallation ist es jedoch wieder aufgetaucht.
Betriebssystem: Windows 10 Pro x64
Kann mir hierbei jemand weiterhelfen? Vielen Dank

Are the files you are renaming withing the Dropbox folder, or outside, or both?

Hi,
I have the same problems. The files are in Dropbox folder.
Sometimes even a simple save as dialog in programs like Photoshop is hanging for several minutes or crashes completly. If I stop Dropbox from synchronizing and close the app, everything is working fine again.

Have you tried re-installing our app and/or the third party software that seems to interfere too?
On that note, is your Dropbox Folder located within your computer's primary hard drive or on an external HDD?

I tried to reinstall the app without success.
Dropboxfolder is located on 😧 (second HDD) where all userfolders are stored. Windows itself runs on C:
There is no thirdparty software. It's just the windows explorer itself that is hanging at sveral actions like copy, rename or delete files.

So it's not hanging when using Photoshop specifically, this was just an example - right?
