It wont sync my saves to INDS and it did before this update

If you're saving these changes directly from the third party app, you may have to contact them for more info on the matter. 

If I've misunderstood your concern though, don't hesitate to get back to me with any additional details.

As @Lusil mentioned, you'll need to contact the developers of iNDS as it's a third-party app and any Dropbox support that the app has would have been created by the iNDS developers; not Dropbox. Only they will be able to provide support for their product.
