Word Document “Saves as” to original folder issues on Dropbox - iOS 11

Malmacdowall
Helpful | Level 6

When i am using word on IOS11 and i select “Save as” , i select dropbox and navigate to the same folder as the original document. Even though i change the name of the file, the “save” button remains greyed out.

I am able to select a different folder and save the file.

I have even tried changing the file name to “s” and still the save button remains grey.

This is also the same issue when i “Export to pdf” from word. The folder of the original file remains greyed out ....

Can you tell me what device you’re using, and what versions of iOS and our app you’re on?

Our current mobile app is version 70.2, available here. Also, is Word up to date?

If you’re good on all counts above, then I suggest submitting a support ticket here, so that one of our agents can troubleshoot further with you.

Cheers!
