change sign-in via desktop not google

However it happened I sign-in to Dropbox with my google a/c. That is awkward. How can I change to accessing Dropbox with desktop integration. I have Ubuntu MATE desktop and caja-dropbox installed. All I need is a sign-in that does not take me to a Google sign-in in my browser. How can I achieve this? "Forgotten your password" does not work. I do not get the promised email when I click on it. (No it didn't end up in my Junk folder. It didn't come: I tried twice.)

Help would be much appreciated.

Hi @jeff_15,

If I have to bet, you experience some web browser in use integration problem. If you try open some local HTML file, is everything fine?

Anyway... As a workaround, try headless install. Once installed, it gonna work with your current configuration - caja-dropbox. 😉

Hope this helps.
