Hey there @ecchong,

Could you please send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of the exact error message you are getting? 

Could you also confirm for me if you're trying to install the current stable version of the desktop app (78.4.119)?

Hey @ec1983, could you try an advanced reinstall? Maybe that will do the trick.

No it cant. The same thing happened. Please also refer to my screenshot of the error above.
