dropbox site not loading for any of my accounts

the status page says it's "operational", but it's been several minutes and nothing comes up. it's just a big white page with some faint grey squares where my files should be. i tried to "chat" with support, but every time i hit that button i just get a page telling me to go back to the help guide. NOT helpful.
