I changed the name of my administrative account on my iMac and Dropbox doesn't work now. How do I fix this? I have 2 other Mac computers that are linked to the same account.

Are you getting any errors when trying to launch the desktop app?
If so, please send along a screenshot of the error or paste in the error log if there is one attached in the error with a blue hyperlink.
