exporting to textillus

Recently I have been unable to export documents from dropbox to textilu pro word processor. The app doesn't even show up under more in the export option.

Were you originally able to find this third party app as an option when you exported directly from the mobile app?

Have you made sure that both apps are up to date?

Yes, I had been able to find this app for several years.

Could you just clarify for me if you're using an Android or iOS device?

Also, can you send a screenshot of the options that you do see when you choose "export"?

I discovered last night that if I use files app on my iPad and export in PDF or RFT format then Textilus shows up. It won't show up if I try to use Word format.
