Definitely not getting these emails, even though I get the email alerts about postings here, which go to the same address. Something's not right on your end, I suspect.
OK, I now see three open tickets in my list, including the one I just opened. See the attached screen shot. Once again, when I click on the Open button, I just get sent back to the page that tells me how many tickets I have.
This is a really bad ticket set-up.
Clearly there's a significant problem on your end. The email to which I get alerts for these posts is working fine. Perhaps though it is not the same one that you or the ticket system is using? I assume that you or someone in support can check on that. Please do. This is tedious.
PS That I can't see tickets that I comment on or create is absurd. Something is wrong with the way this works.
