Do you mean that you sent me an email at the address that's in my profile?

If so, then no, I don't have any email from you or DropBox.

I already did. Resend it, please.

Definitely not getting these emails, even though I get the email alerts about postings here, which go to the same address. Something's not right on your end, I suspect.

In this case, could you submit one from your end by going to this link via an incognito window (without signing in)?

Once you complete the form, let me know the ticket ID (eg. #1234567) and I'll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

OK, I went to that link in a private window, got a form to fill out. Did it and got no ticket number.

This shouldn't be hard.

OK, I now see three open tickets in my list, including the one I just opened. See the attached screen shot. Once again, when I click on the Open button, I just get sent back to the page that tells me how many tickets I have.

This is a really bad ticket set-up.Screen Shot 2021-02-23 at 10.27.50.png

Generally, once you create a ticket, you should receive it as a message in your inbox.

Could you have a look there and your Spam folder?

Not there.

Clearly there's a significant problem on your end. The email to which I get alerts for these posts is working fine. Perhaps though it is not the same one that you or the ticket system is using? I assume that you or someone in support can check on that. Please do. This is tedious.

PS That I can't see tickets that I comment on or create is absurd. Something is wrong with the way this works.
