In PC, when I open word files using the dropbox app, the Grammarly app doesn't work properly. It only works if I open word documents through Windows' file explorer. How can this bug be fixed? I am using W10 and the latest version of the Dropbox app.
If I understand correctly, you're not getting the option to use Grammarly when you access your Word files through our new desktop app while you do get it when accessing them through your Windows Explorer from within the Dropbox Folder directly - correct me if I got anything wrong here please.
While I'm not sure about this, as I don't really use Grammarly, I'm assuming that you have a specific plugin (or extension) that allows you to use it on your Word files when opened through Word directly (from your Dropbox Folder via the Windows Explorer) or a web browser (like Chrome for example).
Since there's not a direct integration of our new desktop app with Grammarly at this time, you might not be able to use it there and you may want to keep working from Windows Explorer to tackle this little hiccup.
