dropbox says can't establish secure connection but internet is working perfectly. any ideas?

I'm suffering the same issue. I've checked all the recommendations (check time, firewall allowing Dropbox app, etc) but problem is still here. May be Dropbox has an issue with a SSL certificate in a node, or my ISP change something. I've tried change DNS too, nothing happens...
Hello, i'm having this issue today in 2 different PC computers.
I don't a proxy, in dropbox is set as NO PROXY. I already re-installed, restarted, turned the firewall off, etc. and still nor working.
My ISP is Fibertel from Argentina

I can access only using a VPN from another country. Really strange. Does Argentina blocked dropbox?

evidentemente el problema es con Fibertel. Tengo 4 dispositivos con el mismo problema. Cuando cambio la conexión usando Internet 4G del celular, se sincroniza al instante, sin problemas. Que dificil será hacerle entender a Fibertel este problema...
