Error 500 showing when going to login page or simply dropbox.com and when I go to dropins the page is literally glitching and reloading/flashing very fast.

I have tried using different broswers and a different computer as well as my phone and I tried clearing the cache but none of those worked. I just tried the incognito and the unfortunately did not work either! This is what it loads everytime.
