I’ve reproduced with you(both with the“Drag & Drop” & the“Move” options on Files) & I received a similar message, hence I've made sure to transfer your comments & troubleshooting steps along to our specialists, so as to investigate this behavior in more depth.
Please note that my content was transferred as expected though in both instances.
