Hey Craig N.2, thanks for flagging this behavior & posting on the Dropbox Community about it, welcome aboard!

I’ve reproduced with you (both with the Drag & Drop” & the Move” options on Files) & I received a similar message, hence I've made sure to transfer your comments & troubleshooting steps along to our specialists, so as to investigate this behavior in more depth.

Please note that my content was transferred as expected though in both instances.

Once I have more information on the progress, I'll make sure to update this thread here. Again, thanks for checking in with us & I hope you have a lovely rest of the day ahead!

I'm getting the same error message trying to copy a group of nested folders with mixed file types from Dropbox to my iPad running iPadOS 13.5.1. I get the same error trying to to save it "On My iPad" as well as to an external SSD drive.

Hi there @ash_mystic; sorry for the late response.

If you're still having issues with this, could you please let me know the version of our mobile app you're using on your iPad?

Apart from that, could you try removing Dropbox as a location through the Files app and re-enabling it? This might do the trick!

In any case, please keep us posted!
