While there's no direct way to do this via Dropbox at this time, you may find a 3rd party app or service to do your data migration for you.
Otherwise, you'll need to download them from Dropbox and upload them to One Drive manually.
If you'd like to look into the issue you mentioned with our integration with Microsoft Office, I'd appreciate it if you could share some additional info.
