Hello, I have had a free basic DropBox account for years. I recently started the trial of the Professional 3TB account. Now suddenly DropBox won't open when I start my computer and I get the attached error message.
Why would this suddenly become an issue when it worked fine with the other account the same day I upgraded? Why would permissions change? I really don't want to mess with the terminal when it worked for many years before.
Any thoughts? I have already tried chat support and email support so reaching out here.
Running on iMac Desktop OS Mojave 10.14.6

Hi Lusil,
I want to close out this ticket. Issue with "Couldn't Start DropBox" warning error was resolved by upgrading my MAC operating system from Mojave to Catalina and uninstalling and then reinstalling Bitdefender for Mac antivirus software.

@LusilI tried both a basic reinstall and a hard reinstall prior to my posting. Right now I only have synced on desktop and iPhone, so two devices.
