Hi,

Today I got an error when start Dropbox on my Windows 10.

"Failed to start the program... send log file to support"

It looks like a permissions issue after the last windows update.

"nucleus_python.SyncEngineError: "Initializing engine |>> Initializing filesystem |>> NtSetBasicInformation syscall: new handle |>> Permission denied"

Recommended commands in CMD mode were useless

How can I send my log file to support?

Walter,

I think I find the problem - Microsoft defender (windows 10, last updates).

Real time protection block dropbox synchronization.

So, I must switch off Real time protection, than start my dropbox app and switch on Real time protection again.

It`s terrible ;(

Could you temporarily disable any antivirus you may have running on your computer and try an advanced re-install?

In that case, you may need to whitelist Dropbox on your antivirus @AndriiK.
