Thanks for getting in touch through our Community channel!

 

If you have Adobe Acrobat XI installed, you will need to ensure that your user profile has full permissions over the Temp directory. You can follow these steps to do so:

 

- Open Windows File Explorer (not Internet Explorer).
- Type %LOCALAPPDATA% into the address bar (include the % percent signs).
- Right-click on the Temp folder and go to Properties. Select the Security tab.
- Select your user profile, and make sure your user profile has full control of the folder. Please see the following example image:

- Click the "Advanced" button beneath the “Permissions for dropbox user” box, and select "Enable Inheritance" and "Replace child object ...". Please see the following example image:

I don't have Adobe Acrobat XI installed.
 
I'm running Windows 7 - and not sure how to access Windows File Explorer.
