"This editor doesn't work with this browser" error, when opening a Google Doc in Safari.

Same here. Just started using Google Docs in Dropbox and Safari isn't compatible?

"Sorry, this editor doesn't work with this browser right now."

^ This is the error I receive when opening a .gdoc file.

Hey @Ian A.9, I'd be happy to look into this with you!

Just to note, I've moved your post as it seems you're having a different issue as what was described in the original thread you posted in.

As a first step, can you check if there are any pending updates for Safari that need to be installed? Can you let me know which version of Safari you're using?

Also if you use another web browser, or an incognito/private window, do you have the same issue? Would you mind sending me a screenshot of the error?

Let me know what you find!

Safari Version 13.0.5 (15608.5.11) on Mac OS Catalina.

Chrome on Mac works with the .gdoc files.

Can you just clarify for me if you get the same error message in a private browsing window, and after clearing the browser cache?
