I have a 167 MB file to upload, so I have to install the Desktop App.  It installs, but will not complete - I keep getting "No Internet Connection" error message.  Clearly, I do.

This is Win 7 desktop, PLENTY of RAM and hard drive space, and 500 mbs download / 120 upload connection.

Help!!!

I already tried to "stomp" the install by running the exe again.  No change.

Hey @tplee, thanks for reaching out and happy Friday!

Do you perhaps have any antivirus, VPN, firewall or other security program that could be blocking the Dropbox application?

Can you temporarily disable them and reinstall to see if that helps?

You can also try our offline installer, if all else fails.
