Had to do a clean W10 install.  Cannot get the Explorer Dropbox folders to sync with my iPad.  The new W10 install gave the computer a new name.

Have you reinstalled the Dropbox application and linked it to your account?

Deleted DropBox, Reinstalled and disabled Norton to see if that would help syncing.  No help.  I guess next step is to delete the account and start with a new account or go to iCloud.

And you're certain you're using the same Dropbox account on both the computer and the iPad? You've looked within Dropbox Preferences (Windows) and Dropbox Settings (iPad) to see that the email addresses listed match for both accounts?
