So I've been successfully using DB on PCs, Macs, mobile devices, etc. I get a new iMac, install DB, go to sign in and get "There is a problem completing this request" error, even after uninstalls and reinstalls. So maybe an account issue? Works fine through a browser and on all over computers. I'm baffled. Help!
Tried installing and updating to the newest version: www.dropbox.com/downloading.

Friend, I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the full version half a dozen times. The install is fine. I just can't sign in with the desktop app.
Any other ideas
Thanks - it's a 2015 iMac, running the latest MacOS (I forget the number).
It's a personal machine. The drive was wiped and a fresh OS install a few months ago.
