I am unable to log into my Dropbox app of windows ultimate. Error occured to upgrade dropbox, please help, thanx even if i try log into Dropbox through mail, it allows to log in successfuly, but not through app with same credentials

From what I understand, you're having trouble signing into your Dropbox account through the desktop app, is that right?
Could you please clarify for me the exact error message that you see when you try to enter your credentials?
If you could send me a screenshot (without any personal info) of this, that would be very helpful.
