I cannot get dropbox to run on my Elitebook , have tried advanced install ans still no success. THe dropbox tile appears but when I click on it the blue circle rotates for a while and tehn disappears .
I di dhave Dropbox installed on the tablet but it stopped working and had not worked since.
Hi there, since you’ve mentioned the Windows tile, are you certain you’re installing the Dropbox desktop application from the Dropbox site, or the Windows mobile app instead, which also appears as a tile?

Jay, yes the tile in the start menu, the dropbox icon in the system tray does not appear. I have used dropbox for many years now on a range of laptops and desktop machines. This is the first time I have ever had any issues with trying to get it running.
