I upgraded to W-10 Pro. Now I can't drag and drop files into DBox. I have two plus accounts.
When I install dropbox on the desktop, it gives me another account, which is full. I can't link the two existing accounts.

So it seems like you're having a 2 separate issues there.
For the issue with not being able to drag and drop, can you let me know what happens when you try to do this? If you're getting an error, send me a screenshot of this.
Now for the desktop app, you would only be able to link 2 accounts if one is a personal (Plus or Professional) and the other is a Business account.
If you want to unlink the connected account from the desktop app so you can sign in with another, you can do this by:
