Acces Denied while opening files

Acces Denied while opening files

Hey! 

When I open a file (which I didn't create, we're on a business account) it appears a message saying "There was an error opening this file. Access denied" ... What does it mean? How do I fix this issue? I am the only one from the team that can't open that file.

Hey danipao, let’s look into that together! 
 
Just to add a bit more info, Mark is right on that one, as your admin (or other team members) will need to invite you to any shared content you’ll need to access on the Business account. 
 
Additionally, as you’ve mentioned that you’re getting an error message, would you mind posting us a screenshot here? (Note: You can even upload the screengrab on your Dropbox account & post us a shared link if that’s more convenient to you). Thanks in advance!
