Accidentaly joined a Business account, lost my Plus-account - cannot get a new Plus-account!

In order to copy a large folder from a Dropbox Business user, I received an email inviting me to share the folder. I clicked on the link in the email, then chose one of the (confusing) options. I then found my whole Dropbox account to be inaccessible. When I login to my account it says to Upgrade. When I try, it says I already have Plus with 1 TB.

HELP!

Hey @GregG4, thanks for joining us here on the Dropbox Community!

If you see that you're already on a Dropbox Plus subscription, you probably joined a free trial team for Dropbox Business, not a paid team. 

If that's the case, you'll need to contact the admin of the team and ask them to remove you from it, by converting your account to an individual one.
