Adding Members to Teams

New member | Level 2

 I am trying to add team members, but after typing in their email addresses, I get a message saying that they are members of another team and cannot be added.


The  problem is they are not part of any teams.


Also that person is not able to cancel their account.


Furthermore, in the Admin Consol, there is no Members link or Invite Members.  Below is what the Admin Console shows:Dropbox 1.jpg

Hi @Hossam Abdellah, thanks for posting today!


According to the image there, you have a free team, and not a paid Dropbox Business team. This means you won't get access to the members tab or other features of the Business plan.


However, you can view existing members and invite new people using this page on your account.


You're also able to change the visibility of the team in the above screenshot so that anyone with the same domain as your own would be able to see the team and join it.
