Our Admin for dropbox had left the company and didn't pass her admin access onto another member and her email is expired now so she can't log back into to drop box. How do I gain admin access back so that I can remove her and add someone else to the account?
She was able to log in but it asked her to reset her pw and since her email is no longer working she can't do that. She was the only admin under the account. Yes I would like to contact dropbox to help reset this, how can I do that?

In this case, I'd suggest trying an incognito window (without signing into any account) to contact our support team to help look further into this.
