I really just wanted to contact support but am not sure that actual support exists here.

 

I have a business account that I need to change the plan of but am unable to make any changes as I am not an admin. However this is the only actual account attached to it so I SHOULD be admin. Is there a way to fix this?

What are you trying to change your plan to? Are you upgrading or downgrading your plan?
 
What plan do you see on this page and how much total quota does the account have?
