Business Trial canceled but still subscription started!!

Please help! I had a Business trial Account cause I needed some Space for a short time. I am a student. I already cancelled the trial but I never received a confirmation email. Now today I received an email that my subscription started and I already paid 700 Euro! Can't believe that this happens! Can you please immediately help me! I don't need this subscription! Thank you!

Hey @miu123455, welcome to our community! 

I have located your ticket, and have had one of my colleagues reply to you there. As our foreign-language support team has left for the weekend, our reply is in English, but it doesn’t appear like that will be an issue for you, so take a look at your email when you get a chance

You need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support with when you cancelled it.

You can then track it at http:confused face:/dropbox.zendesk.com

Thanks Mark. I already wrote a ticket to them quite an Hour ago. It seems the Cancel of the Trial didn't work and I am not able to prove that I cancelled it. I am so scared, what will happen? I don't have 700 Euro!!

I'm afraid I dont know. As you are in the EU you may find you can get a refund under the distance sales regs, but, it the only people who can answer are Dropbox.
