Hey guys,
We have been struggling to pay online due to some form of glitch. We ended up getting a Advanced Support person who was in the process of sending out an invoice to us (early last week). This unfortunatly has'nt happend yet and our account has been downgraded bringing our entire production team / environment to a grinding halt.
Times like this i wish that we had an offline data server.
Please note we have already filled out the form and emailed it back to the support person.

Thanks alot for your help Mark! Fingers crossed I get somewhere, As I have an office of 15 people who wont be able to work tomorrow morning if I cannot rectify in time!
What I will warn you is that I'm based in GMT+0 and so are my Dropbox contacts, so, nothing will be picked up or actioned until early tomorrow morning at the very earliest. So, depending upon where you are you may need to look at running some contingency plans

Ended up switching to monthly billing and attempting to pay online and it worked. so that has enabled business to contine to work this morning.
Still need this to be fixed so it doesnt happen every month.
